I made this tonight all in the thermomix, rather than transferring to the stove or oven, although I did brown the meat In the frypan. The resulting sauce was delicious and I didn't have the problem of drying out that others describe. I would definitely mill the cardamom pods next time, however. Unfortunately, I used non descript "lean diced beef" from the supermarket and this will still tough after cooking for ages. Will definitely make again with a different cut of meat, however, as the flavor and thickness of the sauce was lovely.
