Advice when ordering breakfast

 i would shack them on the spot jd.  DS and i are the only ones that can do that 

i have only done it 3 times  in the restaurant and once in hairdressing

When I was waitressing many many moons ago I used to make pretty good tips but in one restaurant the owner kept all the tips. I soon grew big boobs on the job.

Once in a club I served a party  of 25 by myself. Each person put in a couple of bucks or more for "the waitress who did such a good job" but the b***h who was collecting the money from her club mates kept it all then announced she was putting the overs in the kitty for next time. All the others, who knew  me ,  were mortified. I just shrugged my shoulders.

In an  wanker yacht club the commodore's wife was showing off her skills on how to humiliate the waitress when said waitress accidentally spilled  steak Diane down the back of her white sharkskin suit. Cost the club a lot of money to pay for the dress but the waitress never got the sack and lived to tell the tale. She also got a standing ovation from the kitchen staff. Well ok they were Already standing but i did get applause. Do not mess with the waitress. She has power over the diner.

and what i dont get is when ppl complain about the food every time they come to eat, why the hell they come back if you dont like it, stay away

Uni, you need to given them a little sheet like you get when ordering your breakfast from room service or when in hospital.  Just check off the options you want, then hand back to the waitress.

Or better still, surely there is an app for an iphone/ipad out there where you just select the restaurant, view their menu and select what you want to order, add the table number and send it directly to the kitchen.

Maybe there's a new concept to explore, hmm might have to look into that one.

working in the food industry is a lot different to making good food at home. Everyone is an expert when they have to pay for it. Thankfully I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't know all the different variations. Us tea drinkers have to mostly put up with a pot of boiling water and a tea bag, and milk on the side so we can make our own so we have learnt to be grateful if we get real tea leaves in a pot

Ah cp you come to my house and there is not a tea bag in sight nor instant coffee. In fact I have never even bought a jar of instant coffee and only tea bags for my DIL who likes all those fake teas.

I ain't sitting on any cold rocks!  I saw an espresso machine in one of the houses. I am gunna go early and steal it. Most places these days have plungers at least  so I can bring tea leaves and real coffee anyway.
