Uni, i shop in either C or W or IGA.

H :)

Hally, I've always found IGA to be much more expensive than C or W. Is that just in my town? ???

I must admit that I absolutely love grocery shopping online.  No hastles with the kids or trolleys!!! It is amazing to have them delivered to my kitchen bench.

I did that when I lived in Sydney. greengrocer.com then they sold out to Woolies. I loved it. The guy used to bring it right into the kitchen. Like Christmas . Always included samples and extras and  only quality stuff.

Yes I love online shopping as well. Now why didn't I think of that? Thursday shopping will now be online. Bigger taking the kids shopping. It's a pain in the bottom :D

Very literally for some mothers Mandi :-)) I once saw a kid give his mum a big pinch on the bum because she wouldn't give him any attention when he was trying to show her something he wanted :o

I shopped online when I lived on the Central Coast.
Unfortunately they don't deliver to my area now.

Judy is Hariisa paste morrocan? Which recipe are you using? You dd very well as you didnt spend any money last week. Will you shop again this week?

Yes the paste is for the Moroccan Chicken in the 2012 TMX calendar Hally.  Don't know how hot it is but there's 5 large chillies in it (which cost me $7, no wonder I blew the budget!!) so I might only use a little bit.  It keeps indefinitely in the fridge so that's a good thing.
I hope to not have to visit the shops again Hally - I'm pretty sure I've covered everything. If you are keeping a spread sheet, perhaps pencil amounts in until my new week starts next Sunday and I'll let you know if I have spent anymore.

I looked into online shopping and found the prices more expensive than in the actual supermarket.  Some items up to $1.10 more expensive.  All the basic items were about the same, milk and bread, but apart from that generally they were more expensive.  I kept a receipt for a normal shop and then went online to buy the same trolley load of stuff and it added about $18.00 extra to the bill then on top of that was the delivery fee.

I figure C and W get enough of my money with adding to their profit.

My DH blew the budget, by shopping with me.
No spend for us next week, except for milk.

Uni, i was just thinking of seeing which store had specials on what I need. I have c & w in the same shopping centre, plus iga at auskick.

My other trick was I walked to the shops so I couldnt be tempted to buy too much as I had to carry it home :)
