Good luck troupie. Perhaps check out what is fresh and in season and meal plan around that. No shopping again here this week. But not home.

I had a $0 week, not surprising seeing as I was out so many times for my birthday.

Did a big food shop so my bill was over $500. That was including 2 bottles of laundry liquid (on special) 2 lots of dishwasher tablet (on special) 20 lts of long life milk and lots of basics, fruit, veg and meat. That should keep us going for a while.
Does anyone have a good sandwich bread tin they recommend? Was using the bread maker but want to make it in the TH and oven.

They sure do. It is worth buying a good one that is a bread tin. I don't have to grease my good bread tins, the bread just falls out.

I spent $168 this week. Not bad for us.

A little over budget this week. $137. I did buy some agar agar powder from the health food shop which was $17 and extra fruit to dry in the dehydrator which pushed us over the edge.

Enough said. ;D Mine was $180 this morning but I bought a bit of meat which boosts it up. I'm happy with that though as it includes everything.

Thank Troupie, I'm in Cervantes WA so will drop in and have a look when I'm next down town. $15 this week, just needed some ham and salad bits.
