I like my desserts sweet too and thought it would be nowhere sweet enough for my tastes as I was making it so I added 3 tablespoons of icing sugar to the chocolate mixture to sweeten it up a bit. I would have preferred it a little sweeter but everyone else liked it as it was.
Thanks heaps Uni, that would be great. Mind you things stay in my freezer for a whole lot longer than that, particularly cakes but 2 weeks would prove one way or the other if they can be successfully frozen.
