I'll be "camping" this weekend. Fridge died and probably won't be able to get a replacement until Tuesday because of the long weekend, but will see what I can sort out today. Have a small freezer and that is being used "very creatively" .... ;D

Washing machine then decided it wanted to get in on the act and turned the laundry floor into a wading pool when the outlet hose came away.  At least that was easily remedied!!

Now the dishwasher is showing an "error".....;D  don't you just love the timing!!  LOL

LOL GF, keep laughing. Hope things improve soon.

We are struggling here with weather and animals, and ill workmen. We hope they have kept the germs to themselves... Been eating loads of onions as hopeful preventative.
Splashed through the mud again to feed the sheep. A lot of rain tonight already and and an inch more forecast for Sunday. Really can't stand it. Getting so fed up with the wet, it is a permanent monsoon. We are wondering how we can get them scanned as we can't get any vehicle in the field. Blocking the lane with gates is our best idea.

Roof finished on garage today. Working on inside the office now. Insulation all round. It will take ages to dry out as the timber got so wet. Glass to put in the windows still. The new plaster in the house is slow to dry too.

Sold the dog to the trainer yesterday. Sad but true. He will make a good sheep dog and this is not the right place for him. He is happy in his new home and looked well. He has been there a few weeks already. I think we've only had three dry days since he went before Christmas.

This week the cow has been tested for TB. Inconclusive result, retest in 60 days. Not good.  Other cow due to calve soon and living elsewhere. Just as well.

DJ, hope things sort themselves out - the weather is drier, the cow is TB free and you haven't caught any nasties from the workmen.

GF - things come in threes, so you got your three all over and done with on the one day - first day of the long weekend - did you walk under a ladder?

GF, I'm glad I'm not in your shoes this weekend - it's true what they say about things happening in 3's but do they all have to be major items  ???

DJ, the rain certainly has put a dampener on your move.  Hopefully it is a one-off very wet winter and things will soon return to what is normal for the area.

No Uni. I think it will do more good than harm after your week. Take care.  :-*

As long as you know where you are and what you're doing Uni.  It sounds like you could do with a bit of company there.  Will some hugs do for now, come on girls - a group hug for Uni  :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*
