Hi friends,
A sunny morning here.A good walk with Chance. The ground was very heavy with dew so my boy was very wet by the time we got back home.

Cornwall is a very scenic County Katj.It has a milder climate compared to the rest of the country too.So pleased your sister and BIL enjoyed it.

It was just one of those mornings Chookie when everything seemed to want to be on the road at the same time.School buses, people making their way to work by car and to top it all the refuse/recycling truck was on its weekly pickup route.

 Morning all.
Yesterday we had a thunderstorm. Hailstones about the  size of big peas pounded us for about 1/2 hour. The cabbage leaves have holes in them .
Unfortunately it didn't reach the bush fires which are still burning north of us.
They are saying more  this afternoon.

Morning Everyone.
Goodness Chookie what extremes of weather.  We had another unsuccessful inspection of our home yesterday, hard work making it show worthy.  I am feeling your pain.  Take care, looking forward to seeing you and Ral in Melbourne.

Morning all.
More storms last night. Power out for 1 hour so not too bad.
Bedlam , like you another unsuccessful open day.  We are dropping the price.  Hope this helps.
Bet it all takes off in the middle of FF.

Very disappointing chookie but don't stress about it. Never heard of a house not selling. Just might take a while for that special buyer to find you. Pricing is tricky. I had several interested and took a lower offer because I felt the higher one would not get finance. Good choice as my buyer has that magical thing called CASH!  I was very lucky.

A lot of factors come into play when selling not only the presentation and price. It will happen and yes maybe when the FF is on but you have your phone to negotiate with your agent. Fingers crossed.

That's bad luck Chookie but perhaps by dropping the price you'll flush out someone who's been keeping an eye on the property via the internet. The FF will be a nice diversion for you both for a few days.

Chookie that is so disappointing for you both. Keep the phone close by at FF and you aren't too far away if necessary.
It's a beautiful home and a buyer deserving of it will come by.

Gert you obviously made an excellent choice. That magic CASH is a rare commodity.
