Good morning everyone.  26 deg here and very windy.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Morning everyone, think it's going to be a muggy one here.  Feeling warm already.
Have a good day everyone.
Wow, just posted a photo straight from my iPad , huge improvement.
Did anyone else do Teninas online cooking class, it was a bit of fun for 10 bucks.

Chookie, your GD is to be encouraged. I hope she gets her sewing machine.
My dear little GD wants some pillows and doona's for the beds in her dolls house. She is way too young to be taught, but in another few years I will be showing her the basics. Guess what I will be making today in my 'free' time? Tiny pillows and doona's.

Kat, how cute. Little ones are to be encouraged in all artistic activities.  It is just as well we grannies have had a go at a lot of things. Usually through necessity.

I used to sew a lot. When we lived in Broome I made all my own clothes and when DD was small I made her clothes. Also clothes for Barbie!
Now I rarely sew. I take up trousers by hand as I prefer it. I love embroidery, but just don't find the time to do it.

I agree to encourage the young ones to sew; when GD comes to visit I let her use my machine but not the overlocker as it is too fast and she might cut her fingers. I love to spend the day in my sewing room just pottering around.

I did Tenina's class, I missed half of what was happening because I was following the chat! I have to rewatch it.

CC, sorry to hear it is so wet, especially when you are walking Chance.
30 degrees here yesterday and today. Nice for a change.

Good morning everyone, a hot one here today.   My thoughts go out to those living in WA's Esperance area after waking to hear of the bushfire there.
