Hope you are feeling better soon Mab. Hope the weather warms up soon in Victoria. I'm looking forward to some cooler weather at Christmas when we go to tassie, it will be our first Christmas with out our children and the first in over 25 year that we have had it with our family's. My mum is so excited.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Morning all.
CC, then you can recover after having GS for weekend.
Bit early today. Weather warming up a bit.
Off to have eyes tested. Think I need new glasses.
Jenny, that will be very nice. Tassie might be a bit cooler than Perth.
Hope every one has a good week.

Hi everyone , yesterday I went to a festive cooking class . It was very inspirational , lots of lovely recipes all from festive flavours cook book . I have the old small book , the new one has a lot of new recipes . Turkey with cranberry stuffing and cranberry chutney delicious. The Pavlova was huge . The soba and coldslaw salad would feed a large gathering . Getting the book and chip tonight .

A lovely day here, not too hot.
CC were you exhausted after your weekend?

I went to the doctors this morning as I have my 6 monthly check soon and also have to see the eye specialist. I needed new referrals for both. It's a nuisance as I see the skin specialist every 6 months.

Yes, Cookie, I know the feeling. Today optometrist, do need new glasses. Much better service here in Ballarat. Offered to put new lenses in old frames and replaced a broken screw. Also took %15 off. They will call me in and fit new lenses while I wait.

That's good Chookie.
K Atie your class sounded like fun. Is that all in the Festive Book? I was sent a complimentary copy last year as my Beetroot Dip recipe is in it.

We are rushing around at the moment trying to get work finished and then everything ready for our little motorhome group's Christmas Party at Darlington Beach near Coffs Harbour this weekend (plus a couple of days). We were there last year and were treated to an amazing sight - a kangaroo playing soccer! Looking forward to some R&R. Have a great week everyone.
