Your grand-dog is such a cutie, Judy. I wouldn't want to let him go if he was staying with us.
Mini pavs are handy - I hate to admit it, but I buy some from Coles and use them in Eton Mess, they work perfectly. This year I am going to make some Strawberry Liqueur Conserve and dribble some of the liqueur over the dessert. YUMMMMM!

Thanks girls, he is such a gorgeous little boy. I always miss him when he goes.
Your Christmas dessert sounds delicious Marina, that strawberry liqueur would be a perfect way to finish it off.

Morning all.
Loving having GD here. We had lunch out and Quiche for dinner. She helped me make the Cookies in a jar, (
. After dinner we had a walk down to our dam where we found a tortoise, then played Boggle.
Today we are going to makeup the recipe for the cookies in the jar as the 1 egg and 125 g butter doesn't seem enough liquid .
Hope everyone enjoys their Friday.

Good morning everyone, a beautiful day here. I'm off to a Probus Christmas morning tea, my car is loaded with food and raffle prizes.
Your place sounds wonderful for GKs Chookie, I think I might adopt you as my grandma!
Thanks Robyn & Denise, well done with your organisation for Christmas Robyn.
Just had a call from my doctor's surgery, he has a spare shingles vaccination available if I want it later today. I hope it doesn't leave me with side affects!

Gooooood Morning everyone!!!! I havent been on here for a while as life has been a rollercoaster for the past 3 weeks..
So after some dramatic false contractions, one morning I woke up with pain and my instincts telling me 'This is it'... Inspite of hubby still having his doubts drove me to the hospital at 4 in the morning... Fortunately the midwives told us that I was surely going to have the baby that day, I was so relieved as I was fed up with false contractions... Had a long labour but a quick n memorable water birth
My little princess came into this world hale and healthy...
As soon as I passed that challenge, sleep deprivation kicked in big time
Unfortunately bub looks like is suffering from reflux so is finding it difficult to sleep day and night and therefore the saying, 'sleep while baby sleeps' is not working but trying to take one day at a time... will get there....
Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the holiday period
