Wind, snow showers and sunshine. Too cold to work outside except to feed the chooks leftovers from Fathers Day.
I'm doing a bit of cleaning, Ral ironing.
Hope Louis likes his new school.

Louis is the same as his future king, I read this morning that Prince George begins school on Thursday.

I received a lovely parcel in the mail this morning. It was a picture of my Mum before she was married. I think it was taken during the war as she seems to have on some sort of military uniform. No badges or anything. I felt awful opening it as I thought one of her sisters may have passed away and I wasn't aware of it. When I rang my cousin to find out, her Mum has gone into care with Alzheimer's. So sad.

It was lovely of your cousin to send the photo to you cookie.
Bitterly cold, wet and windy here today, inside was the place to be.

Keep warm friends in the cold weather.
A showery humid day here. When Chance and I walked this morning it was drizzling. As we got back home the rain showers started.

A nice surprise to have a photo of your Mum as a young woman Cookie. Sorry to hear your family member has gone into care because of Alzheimer's. As you said it's very sad. :'(

Looks like the cold weather was pretty wide spread yesterday. We had snow showers on and off all day. Same today.
Cleaning out fridges and freezer today.

Good morning everyone, wet but not as windy as yesterday so I'm off to the Royal Adelaide Show this morning. There are plenty of halls in which I can amuse myself if the rain continues.

Good morning all. Beautiful spring day here, although it is a little breezy. Tossing up whether to plant out a garden bed or two. The chickens seem to turn into mini bulldozers when they see something that looks tasty so I am going to have to redo the little fences around the gardens. :-))
Have fun at the show Judy. Snow Chookie? OMG! Lovely Cookie. I find old photos fascinating, and love ones with family in them!

Cookie,  that was a very nice thought to send you that photo. There are so few photos left from previous generations.
Also how great to buy new clothes , a size smaller. Congratulations.

It has been snowing on and off all day.

Good morning everyone, doesn't look bad outside this morning for a change.  Perfect for my gardener who should finish another patch today.
