It is amazing how exercise can make you feel.. I wish I had been able to convince myself of this 20 years ago. I still hate it but cope with actually doing it now. I’m an evening walker JulieO, I love my bed.

I have that attitude re going to the gym Julie, I really look forward to going twice a week and never don’t want to go but I chose the 10 - 11 am session as I hate being rushed in the mornings.  I take my hat off to you with your early morning exercise routine, it has sure paid off for you.

Cookie and Judy, it doesn't matter when you do your exercise, it's good that you are doing it.   :D

Thank you Judy, I am pleased that I've taken to it so well.  I never want to go back to the unfit me.  ;D

Great to see that Judy, Cookie and Julie are all enjoying your exercising.  I find that it is easier for me to do it mid morning.  I walk on a machine for 30 minutes most mornings.  However it has been very cold in the mornings here.  7 degrees in the bedroom at 7am today. I don’t get up too early. I find that the regular walking helps with my balance.
We have had visitors for 8 consecutive days. Lots of social distancing but nice to reconnect.

Heavy rain here all day today, therefore not as cold.

Heavy frost, -2 at 6.30 am.
We have got the lamb in the laundry overnight.  She is not stupid , during the day, she sits on the lawn where she can see the back door.

Lamb has now gone home.  She is eating grass now.
We have a severe wind warning for today.  Not quite as cold.

Lamb will be able to keep the lawns mowed Chookie.  She would have been easier to care for than a baby I reckon.

Much easier than a baby.
The Ballarat Mushroom farm has set up a Farm Shop.  It is about 20 minutes from our place.  In an effort to survive they are carrying products from many local producers who, like them, were supplying Cafes and Hotels. We visited them today as we are avoiding Supermarkets . We bought mushrooms fresh ,  1/2 price, and lots of other goodies.

Sounds like a good place to visit for fresh produce, Chookie.

This week I've had early appointments for dentist, chiropractor and this morning going to the hairdresser for 9.  Took the morning off walking today (in lieu of tomorrow) so I could have a more relaxing morning leading up to it.  Does anyone else wash and do their hair before going to the hairdressers or is just me?  ;D  Have a nice Friday everyone.  :D

Julie, that is a busy day.  I wash my hair before this new hairdresser. Didn’t do so before.
Cold day today. 3 to 7.
