Kefir is much easier to make than yogurt. Some call it drinking yogurt as it is thinner. Like yogurt , you kill the good bugs if you heat it. There are savoury soups made from it but I prefer the sweet stuff. I make a milk based Kefir but there are also water based ones.
Cool again today. 16 max.

Sydney I think Robyn. No travel is really allowed out of Australia.

Evening here!
We are having a cold snap. Had the heater on today. Bit of rain also.
We have a new lot of ducklings. 9 fluff balls.  This mother seems better.

I hope these ducklings do well, they are always so cute and yellow. WE are slowly warming up here.

We aren’t here cookie, it’s just like winter today - cold and wet.

Hell, it’s freezing. Has been raining for hours .  Best staying inside cooking.
Still got all our ducklings.

It has been raining here for most of the day but nothing like the storm that was predicted.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I’ve been watching the rain coming over to you all. Not nice, especially for the farmers.

We all need the rain but too many times lately it leaves so many with heartbreaking damage.
I wonder when summer is going to arrive, I’ve not known it to be so cold and wet this late in the year.
