A very late Good Morning. Slept in here too.
No work today, so grocery shopping and some cooking for the week.
Woken up to a lovely sunny, brisk day. Water on the lake smooth and clear.

i have decided,when i turn 60 i am going to take sleeping tablets  :-))

You might not reach 60 if you don't get enough sleep Uni.  Have you spoken to your doctor about your sleep patterns?

I didn't sleep in but did have lights out really early for me - 10.45pm then woke at 8am - a good night for me.

Have a nice little break Robyn, it's nice to see you posting again during your school holidays.

Morning everyone :D

Uni, I hope there is something you can do to help you sleep better. As I'm sure you know, being tired all the time makes you feel like crap :(

I'm sitting at my desk and the window is so frosted up I can't see through it. Beetles have even started coming in around the window and climbing up my curtains to get out of the cold :o

I need some socks or some slippers or something. I can't feel my toes. I have to keep checking to make sure they're still there :-))

Uni,  I ended up taking over the counter sleeping tablets for 3 nights (restavit) just to break my bad sleeping pattern.  It seems to have helped...I'm still waking at about 4 but that is normal for me but I'm pretty much sleeping through the night again (part of that could be because brat sounds like he is having a good time).

'morning all ... surely I'm not the first one up and about in Aussie this morning?  - no, I've just checked, there are two or three others on just now - it looks like they haven't got to this thread yet, though.  Delighted that Uni isn't here yet, hoping she is still in bed sound asleep
