Frozzie, so glad DS enjoyed his day at school.

DJ, slugs are my worst nightmare. I am sitting here shuddering as I read!

Gert, please excuse my ignorance - what is it on those spoons?

C'mon DroverJess nothing but NOTHING should get in the way of good custard. Would love to see photos of your brioche - sounds wonderful.

Gert the one a d practically only thing i refused to eat during my 12 years in france was snails.. And every single french person i asked would not eat them without the garlic parsley butter sea of sauce so i just told myself why bother.. Nothing can be that good that has to swim in that much sauce lol..

Plus they really gross me out.. Frogs however no problem hahanaha

Sorry but for me snails are yuk!

Have only eaten them once in Brittany when I was 14 years old and have never forgotten the taste.

Lol mf.. Only ate them once.. That was enough... There is so ,much more food that is divinely tasteful than snails and frog legs in the world of food 😄
