Hi Amy and Frozzie.

I would love to give Uni's Lemoncello a go but I can't find where to buy pure alcohol.

Any ideas?

I just saw that lemoncello recipe too and was wondering where to buy pure alcohol from...I've never seen it? What is it...like pure ethanol?

I watched Jamie's 30 minute meals a few weeks ago and he used lemoncello to make tiramisu (soaked the sponge biscuits in it). That was the first I'd heard of it, but want to give it a shot!

Pure Alcohol is made in a still, I know Gert has 1 and I do too. When the alcohol comes off the still its about 80 - 90%. We always take it back to 40%. I made it at 20% to take to the Gracetown Retreat weekend. 40% is the usual though.

I make lots of liqueurs and others like brandy, rum etc

'morning CC and Uni.  My hay fever has disappeared today, thanks.  Great what a drop in temperature and a good rainfall can do!
