DJ, you made a comment a couple of days ago saying that you would probably wait until spring now before looking at houses again.  I know it's miserable, but winter is good for house hunting as it is easier to see what and where possible problems may be, i.e. water getting in the roof, cold draughts whistling through the place, etc.

I don't envy you the job of house hunting - good luck with it.

have to agree - a beautiful name

and Uni - one beautiful baby . . . enough to make you go all clucky all over again!! ;D ;D

@ Frozzie - do take plenty of time to  rest and relax - I daresay a reaction to all the stress you've been through - It will all be good  once you're in your own home.  Don't forget  its a monumentally major adjustment to move, let alone to move to another country and in with s0meone else . . who also have adjustments of their own to c ope with . . .  ;D ;D  You'll be fine - the worst is over and you've got wonderful things to look forward to  . . . .!!

Thx gf and emme 😊

Uni just panadol and got some liquid echinacea and if feel too blocked some nurofen...
Have to email my doctor in france as she used to give me an echinacea mix that the homeo chemist made up and it worked brilliantly..but dont remember what else it had in it..i had a bottle in fridge but dh threw it out grrr  Also had some natural probiotics by. Metagenics but in oz you can only get them through a doctor/practictioner so i have found a naturopath who works out of a chemist and he stocks them so that's good

Will do robyn..

Lovely baby news and pics CC and Uni. Very enjoyable to see.

Cuilidh yes, agree and we will still look, but two more job apps being posted tomorrow so will keep eye on net for bouses but maybe not visit properties next weekend.  The market is  slow anyway.
I think I meant that we may not find anything as there will be more to choose from in spring. Will keep looking.
