Hi CC - I'm a little puzzled . . . this is one thread that doesn't seem to come up when I click on "Show unread posts . . ."  - so to catch up what I've been doing is just going to the thread itself to see what's happening . . .has anyone else had a similar experience (with any of the threads)?

It's after 10am here ;)

So far I've decided on a prawn bisque (it will have rice so a few carbs but it is his birthday!). I'm trying to find one for the TMX.  See my post http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12826.msg272221#msg272221

Then oysters and seared scallops

Then his favourite dessert - marshmallow pavlova lots of sugar I know but it's a special day
I do the best I can

He just asked what I was making and he's asked for profiteroles instead of the pavlova.  Still has carbs but a little bit of a healthier option.

For someone who a month ago was not a dieter, he impresses me with his willpower because he LOVES my pavlova
I do the best I can

Have you clicked on the 'notify' box for this thread GF?

Good to know it's not just me  ;D

Judy - shouldn't it just show up in the new posts? - it does sometimes but certainly not all the time . . will look into the "notify" option . . .thanks!!

Chrissa, sounds like a great menu. Love seafood ;D ;D
Why on earth is DH choosing a healthy option on his birthday!?! Birthdays are the ultimate excuse to be unhealthy ;D
