A fraction warmer Uni, thanks,
the wind has lost it's bitter edge, and the cherry blossom is only just coming out - very late

At last there seems to be light at the end of the proverbial tunnel!!  I'm beginning to believe that the seasons are moving forward timewise - not at all like it used to be.  . .

DJ - I do hope you're feeling better - copious amounts of rest needed!! :)

Hello again.
Can't sleep, woken after a short sleep.
Just moved to spare room on account of terrible throat and cough, don't want to disturb DH. Trying not to infect him too. Cough won't stop despite lozenges.

Morning all

Lovely photo Uni

Katya I wouldn't stress over what they do and don't eat, just cook something and if he doesn't eat it too bad. How long are they staying?

Morning/evening....   Thanks for all your support.  They've gone now and I'm breathing a huge sigh of relief that it's all over and our lives are back to normal.

Sorry to hear that you've got the lurgy DJ - hope you can throw it off quickly and you don't infect DH.  You must be quite a way ahead of us as our cherry blossom is nowhere near being out.   Hopefully it will burst into action overnight  :D
