Hello all.
Good One Gert!

Another lovely morning here. And Murray won Wimbledon!
I only saw the last ten minutes of the whole tournament but it was mint!

Thx Mcmich only packed a little still sorting at present. Am busy tomorrow.
Friend coming to help me spilt kitchen on weds into store and take. Presume several months of making do. Hard decisions. Last time I did it I didn't have rolling pin, that was a mistake, there is only so much you can do with a jam jar instead. That was 10 weeks, this might be longer.
We will still be on reduced budget so need to cook fully.
Obviously  *: and spare jug. Probably kenwood in case need to make lots of sponges. Few baking tins.

Suggestions as to what is essential might be helpful...............

Glad your thermomix has sorted himself out Judy. He obviously knew Gert was coming in August and he would get a wacking.

DJ you sound very busy.

We had -1 out our way this morning. I actually didn't get up until 8.30 so would have missed it. Thank goodness. It is supposed to rain soon. The garden needs it badly. It is lovely and sunny in the day.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Well mcmich we are nearer Dh's family and they always expect cake!!!!

Well if sponges are the go then take everything that will make the job easier DJ.
Bottles for the jam would be high on the list.  :D
