Chookie I am sure you are appreciated lots and lots. Your DD is so good to do the young man's teeth as it would be dreadful for him over Christmas.

Uni sending hugs up to Bali for you.  :-*

What a wonderful Grandma you are Chookie and you have a lovely DD to go in for an emergency.

Uni, I hope things start to improve for you and Frank and you relax and enjoy the rest of your holiday.  :-*

And you are cozy. No need to walk the dog only have to milk the cow. Are the sheep ok outside or do you barn them?

Gert we are cosy in the house. Thankyou.
Only DH milks, and we leave the calf out with mum if were not going to milk and she has extra... I just have to go out and give more straw, hay and water during the day.
The sheep find shelter by the wood, and in between deluges I walk around them to see they are ok.
When I put the rubbish out this morning beside the main road a car drove through a puddle and soaked me... Luckily I was wearing DH big coat but no hat, so I had a hairful of puddle water... Yeugh....

Bread proofing in the tin.
Beef bones in Aga oven making stock.
Am procrastinating on here .... As one does .... but it won't do, back to the dining room.
CC how awful,, I hope there was lots of Christmas cheer in the queues? we did our shopping in bits over last week, hoping to avoid rush. What we haven't got we can do without.
Turkey comes tomorrow via SIL.

They just said on the radio, this is MAN rush day today....with 48 hrs to go.  DD was in London last week and said she was the only woman in the lingerie department in John lewis. It was full of stressed men. One had two bras in his hand, the same style and was peering at it to determine sizes... She was hilarious demonstrating this spectacle....

Right must get on, more later.
