Hello all
Yup more torrential rain overnight.
River level rising again. We haven't quite learnt at what exact level the road is flooded to the west but will be a close call.
Doesn't matter as I want to go east today. It could be third closure since Christmas Eve. Unbelievable.

Oxfordshire is particularly bad too. Two people have dies in floods in that county.

Morning to those in the UK and Europe.  DJ is all that rain unusual for the area in which you bought, it would be so depressing I would think.  We get so little rain here in South Australia it is so hard to imagine what you are going through.   South Australians live in the driest state in the driest inhabited continent in the world apparently.

Well JD the rainfall is higher here than where we were before, however this inclement weather is exceptionally wet everywhere, and it is a bit shocking.
I'd like SA then except for all the things want to kill you...

The sun is shining right now, and oh what a difference. Yesterday was dark at 4pm!

Hi everyone  :D I am missing the forum but life here is so busy that I truly haven't had time due to renovations, overseas guests as well as family and business commitments. Missing everyone and will try to pop on whenever I have a free moment.
