It's raining here too. At last the rain from cyclone Joyce has got to us. It's cooler but not cold.

We also had a couple of showers yesterday.
Did the shops over yesterday and enjoyed a morning coffee at our favourite cafe.
24 here today, perfect.

Good morning everyone, blue skies here with the temperature rising over the next few days.
I started doing 20 minute walks at the weekend so the question is - can I keep it up!

Well done Judy, take care though.

We had 120mm of rain yesterday, almost 5 inches. Today it is warm and awfully humid.

Morning all.
Not doing much, just reading, watching tennis,  shopping and eating out.
Warming up and not looking forward to tomorrow and Friday when it will be very hot.
Judy, don’t walk in the heat.

Good morning everyone, 37 here today then 2 days of 41 degrees which I’m not looking forward to.
I upped my walking time to 30 minutes this morning Chookie but I’ll let you in on a little secret.  I walk around my back yard LOL.  I don’t like walking without the grand-dogs but I can get the same benefits by exercising at home.  I’ve even walked around inside the house if it’s been wet and will do the same for those 41 degree days.  When I get the urge to do a walking programme I have to run with it because it doesn’t happen very often.

Judy an excellent idea.
I hope you all manage to cope with the heat. It's slowly warming up here.
We were very lucky with the rain K Atie, it wasn't exceptionally heavy. Just a medium heavy for almost 24 hours. Drains and things mostly coped and we have a few extra lakes in parks and things. Some suburbs received wind but we didn't thank goodness.
