K ATIE, the one we have used is called Slasher. It kills the weed immediately but unless you cover the whole plant it does not work. 2 applications often  necessary.  As I refuse to use Roundup in the veggie garden or near the Chooks, it is handy.
Spent most of yesterday in the garden.

Chookie, I'm glad we don't have your weather.  It's have a nice sunny day here but very windy.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Brrr! We have had a couple of cool damp days. Tomorrow is to be 26 though.

Brrr.  I saw on the news where it is very cold east of WA. I think they said Mount Lofty had snow.

The snow stayed on the round for quite some time here, until it rained.
It is still ver cold this morning. Feels like -4.

Honestly I have never seen it snow here for more than a flutter , but there was a lot of excitement here by me , DS thought it was funny I was like running around in the snow . He had to have a shower after ... maybe that was because he had thongs on , to much of a hurry to put boots on .

I'd be the same KAtie. Each time I have seen snow I have been loopy. Once near the top of Mt Kosciusko some people said to us 'you must be from WA.'  They were too so they knew how we felt.

A bit of rain here, but I think it is only for today.
