Sounds yummy, Bedlam :)

How's the first aid course? Would love to attend one, one of these days.

Definitely find the time to do one BZB.  You never know when you might need it - my elderly neighbor slipped on her front porch and broke her hip and we had a car accident out the front of our house so I've used it a few times.

Don't you have to do a refresher course every so often Robyn, they're always changing the rules with CPR from what I've been told.

I did my first aid course when I was a girl guide in my teenage days, too many moons ago. I'm sure lots of rules had changed.

I strongly recommend that you do a first aide course, especially if you have children, I have to renew mine every three years, as part of my job. It's come in handy quite a few time.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

The course went very well. I used to work at an aquatic centre. We get the first aid trainer from there to come to our house. This way we can make emphasis on the most relevant topics. Our guys work in remote locations in the bush. The Carrott cake ( i make one very big loaf) almost all gone, vanilla slice gone and 1/2 of the biccies gone, with one request for the recipe. 2 breathes and 30 compressions now, it seems everything has been simplified. Which is good i think. I really like the down to earth attitude of the trainer we use.

Judy I did mine as part of my diploma for massage, if I was massaging full time, I would have to do a refresher  every 3 years.

Well today I have the gardener doing jobs I just haven't had time for.  He arrived at 7.30 and had done 3/4 of the front before I even woke up  :-))  As CC and I are having manicures as part of our girls' pamper day next Wednesday, there's no way I was going to risk breaking my newly grown nails.  I have an eye specialist appointment later this morning.

I don't want to be either girls, just to be healthy, have good friends and enough money to enjoy a simple life suits me.
