I'm very much enjoying nurturing our tiny baby but my cooking and healthy eating have gone out the window. I would have loved to have joined  in Tenina's curry class too.  Glad you enjoyed it Cookie.

May have missed Tenina ' s curry class, but I did just win a giveaway in her new Facebook group. Feeling a little fan girl moment messaging one of my kitchen idols..... I swear there was no squealing.

A friend called round today with his recently restored 1930 Ford Model A Woody. It is beautiful and a credit to him. The second photo is the beautiful woodwork on the inside roof.

Beautiful restoration by your friend Cookie.DH loved the photos and then asked "what wood did he use?"

You'll get back on track with healthy eating when you can Denise ;)

Congrats on the win Kristy :)

Lucky you Kristy, it's always a nice surprise to win something and Tenina's books are great.

Cookie, your friend should be very proud of his car he has done a wonderful job on restoring it.

Congratulations on your win Kirsty.

Kristy I saw that you had had a win. I'm really pleased for you. You have every right to squeal.

Several of us had the fun of spending a weekend in the same house as Tenina a few years ago. She has certainly made a success of her business after a trying start. It was our first Forumfest at Gracetown.

Denise you can tell your DH that the wood on the car is mainly Tasmanian Oak. I will pass on all your kind words to the restorer of the car.

Oh Cookie that sounds like a blast!

I finished my first ever crochet project today. Seven weeks ago I decided there was a gap in my education, I can knit, sew, embroider and even tan an animal hide, but had never learnt crochet. So I found myself a teacher and off I went. I also started a beanie and finished off the leftover blanket wool with some squares.

Now you can do everything Kristy  :D  It looks lovely. You'll be able to make yourself some nice scarves for winter now too.
