I went to a Tenina Curry class today. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also managed to spend a small fortune at the Kitchen Warehouse where it was held. After the class I went to the frozen berry place that Tenina has mentioned on Facebook. ( it was very close) and bought a heap of Australian berries and similar fruits. Managed to get some mulberries and mango cheeks too. All at very reasonable prices.

It sounds like a great day cookie.  You're such a great supporter of local cooking classes.

I enjoy them Judy. Not the everyday ones that are run by consultants but others you learn from and get great recipes.
I found it interesting today that a few of the attendees seemed to want to be spoon fed on the way to use their thermomix. Tenina  threw in some frozen mango and wizzed it up until it was smooth. People wanted 'the recipe. '

I've spent 3 hours cleaning out the pantry this morning, thought I had it all back, looking neat and with more spaces as I threw lots of things out but turned around to find the large plastic container of sauces still sitting on the sink  :-))  It can stay there now until I get back from my daily visits as I've run out of time!

What a nuisance Judy. Just when you thought you had more space too.

This mentality really annoys me.

Me too. So many people want everything done for them. I had better hop off the soap box before I get going on this topic.  ;D ;D

Oh boy. Don't get me started. You have only to look at a few FB pages to see so many who refuse to use their brains and ask such utterly stupid questions?  Lazy lazy lazy.

Totally agree Gert. And why  can't they just Google their question. It takes longer to type it on facebook.

A friend called round today with his recently restored 1930 Ford Model A Woody. It is beautiful and a credit to him. The second photo is the beautiful woodwork on the inside roof.

That would turn a few heads cookie, beautifully restored.
