Cookie. I would think I had gone to heaven with a class like that.  Your sweet breads look Devine.

Thanks everyone. We have another class tomorrow. Cafė Cakes from memory. I pigged out last night and had a Danish and a Danish scroll for supper. Guess who woke up in the early hours with heartburn. We don't eat much fat and this caught me out!  We froze all of the leftovers last night.

I've just come in from a Probus theatre outing - The Philadelphia Story.  Loved it, a great night out.

The Danishes would be my favourite cookie, I have to drag myself away when I see them in bakeries.

Nothing nicer, especially with a good cup of coffee.  :D

I bet they tasted wonderful Cookie.  I think the heartburn would have been worth it.  A great class to go to.  :D

Went to Timber Town today. We were there about 3 years ago but it was still a great day.

That sounds interesting Mich.
Yes I think the heartburn was worth it Julie. We went to another class today. It's title was Cafė Cakes. We made a steamed cheesecake with a shortbread base, a Black Forest cake, and a Fudge/Mud cake. It kept us busy all day again.

Wow cookie. Stunning cakes. I'm getting fat looking at your photos.
I saw the cricket highlights CC. Feel sorry for the poor English bowler whose teammate returned a ball to her when she wasn't looking and it hit her in the head.

Cookie, they are the most professional home made cakes I've ever seen - well done you.  I'll have the Black Forest Cake please.
