Dede, great to see you here again.One thing you could try would be 'aquafaba' which is the liquid drained off a tin of chickpeas. Look it up on google. Chookie has been experimenting with it a lot and it mimics egg white, so you can do meringues, mayonnaise, etc.
Hi dede. It is lovely to hear from you. When I was very young I couldn't cope with egg at all.. Thankfully I outgrew it. This is a recipe Mum was given by my allergist in the time of the dinosaurs.
