Thanks Judy. Like you we all try to help where necessary.
Ended up making a rice bubble slice and some protein balls as well as above.

Hope your cooking day went well Chookie, I'm sure your DD will be very appreciative.
I had my usual craft morning then went to IKEA to get a few odds and ends. I had a really good look, probably because I went on my own. I was looking at there spatulas and a lady standing next to me was picking out quite a few. She asked if I had a Thermomix and then proceeded to tell me that she was told that Ikeas spatulas were excellent. I bought 3 @ $1.95 each.

I am sick of struggling with my weight, so tomorrow I start a new approach with the help of a hypnotist. It will be intresting to see how it goes.  I have already started watching my diet (with not much success yet as I LOVE food), and also doing some light exercises and trying to walk a bit more.  I very much hope all this works and I lose a couple of clothes sizes and feel better and fitter in the long run.
Cuilidh I too got very sick of struggling with my weight and dieting.
I went to see a registered dietition. It was the best thing I have done. I have an individual plan based on my medical needs, age, life style and food preferences. It is easy too follow and implement and I am being educated as I go. What I like best is that I have good practical support. My weight is slowly and steadily dropping even while on a two week holiday. It is helping to manage my Arthritis symptoms and other minor health issues.
The best thing is I am able to manage it all as I am supported and the plan is monitored, explained and adjusted. It is an investment in my future!
I can highly recommend an accredited dietitian and it is claimable on health insurance.

It does sounds good Bootebethin. I didn't realise it was claim able on health insurance. I'll remember that if I need to consult one.

Have made, celery, apple and tomato soup,   http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10616.0
Making Cookies Vienna bread but as rolls. Made tabouli with onion, parsley and mint and lemon juice from garden , served on lettuce leaves, with grilled steak. Picked more mushrooms and will make powder out of the big ones and cook and freeze smaller ones.
Spent morning in garden weeding and getting ready for planting.

Judy, thanks for putting the link in for the Tomato, celery and apple soup.
As I selected some mushroom compost for the garden today, this mushroom was hiding underneath. I weighed it on the TMX , 610 g. Just had to share it.

Marina, just an ordinary "button mushroom".  :o
