DD was visiting Lake Como Italy 🇮🇹. DS did some mowing and resting after Ag Sac and a Visual communication Sat . Cooked a nice lunch for boys .

The very front of my hair is totally grey and the sides and b ack mainly dark. I have foils put in and it’s patchy grey everywhere. I used to have the front bit dyed dark, but have gone the other way now.
Great idea Judy.

That sounds like an interesting alternative, Judy.  I had never heard of coloured mousse - well, I never look at these products to start with so that undoubtedly explains my ignorance on this!  I must have a look sometime and suss them out.

My grey is exactly the same as Cookie's - it's strange how the front loses its pigment first whilst the back holds out much longer before going totally grey.

I find it strange too but it seems to be quite common Marina. Your hairdresser should sell this mousse and should also try it out on you to see if you like it. I was under no obligation to buy a can but I liked what I saw so I did.

I have tried for days to get on forum , felt completely cut off ! Thankful all back now !! Did the server go down !
Drs appointments the last few days DH too and then had to collect his DM from Hospital to drive her back to the hostel accommodation place !! Yesterday I went to DS clay target competition, DH did too . Only had two rounds as so many teams , like 40 ! All schools involved. We both missed the first round . Home and yet again I had done so much I turned in very early no dinner woke early this morning still with a headache . So have sleep this morning. Also had needling done on my heal . Local anaesthetic in ankle , no getting it wet for two days ! Beautiful day out side would have been perfect to wash two more blankets , another time .

Same here, so pleased it is all working again.

I saw the specialist on Tuesday and now have to go in to have my eosophagus stretched again.  This is the second time it will have been done and can only be done twice without doing damage.  If this doesn't work there is not much more that can be done.  It is a wait and see game.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Thanks cookie for getting the forum back.
Margaret I have a neighbour who has your problem and in the past  I’ve seen what happens when he tries to eat something unsuitable for that condition. His wife is now good at providing the correct food for that plus his diabetes. I hope this second stretch does the trick permanently for you so that you don’t have to eat soft food for ever.

Fingers crossed for you Mab.
A pleasure Judy. I thought MM wasn't going to do anything as I hadn't received an email from him. Then I checked the forum and it was ok. The email came later. He said that he was pleased we still found the forum helpful.

DH had his car serviced this morning so I picked him up from there and ran him, back again. We are running DD to work some days at the moment as she is going through a rough patch. Perfect chatting time.

Mab, hope all goes well for you.
Yesterday I had a wisdom tooth removed. All went well. No pain. DD spent day with me.
Thursday , friend took me for a drive to the Daylesford area. Did the shops over and had a lovely lunch at Virgin. A new restaurant between Hepburn Springs and Daylesford. Will try and replicate the lovely salad I had with the fish.

Mab hope all goes well . Chookie what fun , love that area and lunch sounds nice .
All good today , yesterday was a day of rest . I did cook dinner for all . Even ended up with a huge cold sore ! Weeded the vegetable garden beds , very neglected ! I multi tasted and talked to a couple of friends while doing so . The cats had a ball chasing each other and me . Finery our chooks laid some eggs . It has been months . Still think there is a resident pest in there stealing the eggs. Warmer yesterday and the friendly slithering creators are out , one seen passed on the road , car must have got it .

Is it foxes taking the eggs KAtie? We used to boil a couple of eggs and refill them with a very strong curry egg mix. It soon stopped it.

If it’s foxes they would take the chooks not the eggs. Could be birds or cats. Birds usually crack the eggs and eat the insides and leave the shells.

I had a very dangerous experience on Friday - I 'discovered' the Highpoint shopping mall - it will take my credit card a while to recover!!!!!  I went in to visit one particular shop, but somehow managed to unexpectedly visit several others.  I must put it on my "PLACES NOT TO VISIT" list and stay away.  Actually, it is quite a way from home so it will be easy to avoid going there again - except in case of emergencies. ;)
