My DH took the old panelvan which is now completely finished out for a spin today, with kids....

Everyone sounds as though they have been busy. I had coffee with DD.  it was lovely.

We had a lovely day at the show. We don't spend a lot of time with DD and we ended up staying until closing then walked over to the casino, met Mum and Dad for a quick hello and then had dinner at a restaurant there. DS ended up seeping at a mates place for the second night so it was a great chance to send time with DH and DD without him complaining. We are all a bit tired now.

Oh my lots has been going on... Hally hugs.. Must have been horrible doing so much then feeling so unsafe in your own home..feel so sorry for kids like that though.. Hope he gets the help he needs..

We went to the zoo yesterday and got yearly memberships.. Kids love it!

Looking at going to the circus tomorrow and catching up with a friend i havent seen in years today.. Otherwise relaxing and need to attack the ironing..also make something for afternoon tea..

Frozzie,,there is a good and inexpensive place in Neutral Bay where I still take my dry cleaning. She also does ironing. May be worth enquiring. If you take the small lane next to Beny Boyd cafe, you will find the dry cleaning place.

We had a Model A run today. We made it to the meeting place ok but then had spark plug troubles. We changed all 4 and the car seemed better, but decided to come home and swap to the new car. We met up with the group again at lunch. We sat under some beautiful Moreton Bay figs, they made a lovely canopy above us. That was lucky as it then poured. We still had a lovely day, with lovely friends.

DH has taken our 2 boys away camping for the weekend, and I am staying home to get some work done.  I was looking forward to a weekend of uninterrupted work, and some "me" time too, but the house is very quiet and empty without my 3 boys 

Tonight I have made lemon cordial and Tenina's lemon curd, and got some more lemon myrtle leaves into the dehydrator ........ definitely a citrus flavour to the evening so far.

Karen H - would you share your lemon cordial recipe?  I'd LOVE to give it a go as we buy it all the time...
