Have wonderful days and holidays everyone. Where are you off to ES?

Maddy I am sure it will be worth it in the end. I love your collection of things.

I hope DD is very young so she has many years to enjoy the wardrobe Maddy. I would also tell her that she's not allowed to move out of home until she gets married to make it all worthwhile.

I'm currently having a relaxing ride on the ferry from Wallaroo to Lucky Bay, and then we are heading to visit some friends on their farm on the Eyre Peninsula.

Lovely cabinet Maddy,  good luck with the upheaval!

Today and yesterday we have been making our new house "our" home by putting up pictures & placing nick nacks around the place... I also took DH to Masters where we have bought enough window coverings to do most of the house for less than $1500! To get the professionals to do the job would cost four times that... Happy day!

Maddy is there no way it can be dismantled and put back together again in her room as I think Cc mentioned..maybe ask someone who knows carpentry well to see if it is professionally joined whatever its called or just glued??. Seems a shame to be putting holes in walls etc

Maddy I feel for you. My DW has spatial awareness issues sometimes too. She often thnks things are bigger or smaller then they are.

How exciting to go on the ferry ES. we looked at it but felt we would miss too much of the countryside.

Gorgeous dresser Maddy. 8) Don't envy all that structural work though to get the armoire into your DD room.

Have a lovely time ES. ;D I'm with you, you can never pack too much warm clothing ;)

Maddy, I would have been there in heartbeat.  :D I love china cabinets and dressers with a passion. I would wash and tidy MIL china cabinet and I moved my aunt and mum to the retirement village and that's the first thing I did - set-up their china cabinets. My darling aunt said she would leave me all of her Royal Albert. She doesn't have children and so many beautiful things as she worked for DJ's most of her life.

Maddy - love the iced tea and lemonade dispensers. I was watching with green eyes when you posted them once before.

Oh my Maddy, that's a big job. Must say, I had to look twice. Thought I was looking at a shop display. So many lovely items you have :)
