Let's hope today's appointment doesn't leave you in more pain Hally.  Still try and take it easy though, you know how easily it comes back if you do too much.  (I hear you saying yes Mum!)  ;D

Well done Robyn. Lessons go on.

Hally I am sick of you being in pain. Sending the pain fairy to fix it.

Well Den I will ask them if they want to go but they hardly ever leave my side. I am sitting  watching the election on 9 . I think that is Barbara  Walters way on the end of the ABc panel. She may be tired and emotional as they have not thrown to her once! She seems to be sliding down  in her chair

So much waffle. Love it

Jesse Jackson Jr gets Re elected even though he has been absent from congress for 6 months. Interesting!

Kevin 07 hedging his bets.

Love this stuff.

I wish I were able to watch it unfold. I didn't vote. Did you? I though about it for the first time in years but never got organised to arrange a postal vote or register.

I just wanted to vote for Obama because it would annoy my pea brained redneck brother.

Den I am not an American citizen any longer. Gave it up to become an Aussie.

Hally  12 bottles of MF anything would not last to Christmas here.

Hally the USA is not as egalitarian as Australia. We are far more  tolerant  and willing to share the wealth. Compared to the US there are no poor people in this country. If you want to work there is work. If you do not want to work you can still eat. Not so in the States. Also our drug problem is no as  bad even though iris bad enough.

Looks like Obama has won.

I have dual citizenship Gert. I waited until the Australian government allowed it and they took out the oath to the Queen. Some of my family goes back to the revolutionary war. After they fought to get rid of King George I couldn;t bring my self to swear an allegiance to the Queen.

Also Halley for some reason large parts of the US population believe that social medicine is bad. It has been pushed down their throats for so long by the big drug companies and the huge medical businesses that they truly believe their user pays system is good. The fact that probably 50% of the population cannot afford health care doesn't sink in to the majority of the population.
