Really, I hadn't heard that.  I've been busy today with taking Mum shopping, visiting Geoff and doing a bit more Christmas shopping myself - I'm wrapping as I go as I hate that job and it's easier to do a few presents at a time.

That is one of the few things I dislike about Christmas, wrapping the gifts.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Wonder, aren't boys an interesting species!  :P  hang in there, and remember that someone else's kid is worse  ;) lol....that's what I tell myself.

Enjoyed this week, a pasta class (pics in cook thread)
haunted homestead tour at Eynesbury



& discovering "Bake Boss" in Melbourne  8). Hubby found it for me when we sourcing a supplier there....silly boy, of course I bought up big there  :P
....certainly beats last week!

Packing a few clothes to take away.  We have decided to go to Lakes Entrance for a few days.  The weather is not looking too good but it will be nice to get away for a few days.

Just been packing up my meat from my cook up, labelling & freezing. So much yummy meat ready to go :)

This weekend there is a big food festival in Margaret River. Heston is here and many others. I loved this photo of Adriano Zumbo . He said he couldn't find the jug for the thermomix so got the next best thing.
               

l was wanting to go there but was unable too  sounds like it should be a good weekend

COOKIE  - the cheese course was run by a Ros Garstone  she lives in cow town  and does more advance courses too
 she has been doing cheese making courses  since early 2000 and was train by the top people from cheese making in melb
 
ros owns a thermie so l told her about the forum and sent her a email with the link

Dr who's 50th anniversary today so we took ds12 and his mate to the cinemas to watch it he went with his fez, bow tie  suspenders and sonic screwdriver apparently it was the best thing he has ever seen ::) very bazaar seeing so many dressed up but it's his thing and he enjoys it :D

Starting to put house back together in places.
Black leaded this old range and applied wood stain on the fireplace today. Sanded where the dog chewed!

Yes..... I had a black face... The dots became streaks and used lots of soap to get off!
Haven't washed floor yet, but we now have a table in the kitchen....
