Denise left a message with some people to say she was there CC and then I phoned her and we were standing not daw from each other. We have just got home from the drive in. It was awesome fun, we tooted our horns and carried on a bit. A night of great fun.

Here we are at the movies.

Looks great cookie.

Today I baked again, primed a wooden door, and fetched parts...
Enjoying the mild autumn and dry weather. Long may it last.

Hard to believe the summer has passed and into Autumn already. Where does the time go?

Wonder have fun whale watching, they are magnificent creatures.

Ladies, definitely no canoodling. You wouldn't believe how small those cars feel after being in them for a longer while. We were in the back seat, as were many others. ( more room) and there is no noise insulation. We were carrying on conversations with the cars around us, you could hear clearly every word that was said by all around. It all added to the fun and atmosphere. We don't start until 8.30 this morning.....after our night at the drive in.
Thank you for all your lovely comments.

I can imagine the drive in, there was a good atmosphere looking around all the cars parked. Lots of stories being told and people dressed in vintage clothing.  An enthusiastic group of people.  Maybe no canoodling but I bet you were cuddled up close to keep warm, with no windows where did you hang your speaker?

Great photos Cookie and loved the quilts too.  Another patchworker here who needs to cull her fabrics as well. :)  Good to hear you are having a fun time.

Life has been a bit hectic here but I did manage to have a 1 1/2 hour massage earlier this week.   Have also booked in for a bread class in October at a local kitchen ware shop.  It's a weekend class with a lady called Margaret Dargan from Tasmania and I'm looking forward to it.

Still more water problems but we won't talk about them >:( >:(

The grand children arrived yesterday and we had a birthday lunch for the 6 year old.  The older ones are staying on until next Monday so that will be nice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
