While we are having a contest as to who is the oldest member, I wonder who is our youngest member now that Amy is no longer as active on the Forum. Any takers anyone?

I miss Amy so much - are there some young members out there?

Ah, 40-80 is the new 30 (well, that's my motto!). Keeping moving and having a healthy diet is most important, plus good genes if you have them. A positive mental attitude helps a lot too

I often wonder about Amy also, I hope she is doing well.

Age is pretty irrelevant particularly if you stay active in mind and body and enjoy food and drink in moderation.
