What a fantastic set of classes Cookie. I would love to do a French patisserie class but haven't been able to find the right one. I have tried making a croissant dough by myself at home about a month ago. The laminating of the dough and all the folding was a total lab our offense love. Turned out nice but I didn't get a thousand layers of pastry though.

Amazing cakes! We've just come back from Echuca Moama, and we're off to see Zootopia today at the movies.

Sarah I adore Echuca. It is one of my favourite places. I love to sit on the river bank and listen to the paddle steamers. I love the old wharf area too.

We had another cooking class in Joondalup today. On the way home  we called at Froz Berries and picked up a kilo of lychees, a kilo of mango purée, a kilo of plums, a kilo of raspberries and a kilo of blueberries for $37. It's great if you are out that way.
Today's class was Chocolates. We had lots of fun and got very chocolatey. It was great fun tempering the chocolate. There was one other lass there. We suspect that she is a contestant in this year's Masterchef. It will be fun to watch it and see how she goes.

I've just been catching up, Michelle your Vegan classes sound delicious and interesting.
Cookie, for something more decadent your classes top the lot. And thanks for reminding me of Frozzberries, I must do a trip out there.
