I have been busy, testing my new spatulas. I am loving them.

Hopefully out to the market within a month. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

That sounds interesting Robyn.

We have been hiding inside. We are having a taste  of real heat. About 39 yesterday and over 40 today.

My SIL is over from Melbourne and he took me and his Mum up to Hahndorf for the day, quite warm but the trees provide ample shade.  We had a great smorgasbord lunch, the best I’ve seen in a long time.  I remembered when the forumfest girls went to Hahndorf one cold, wet August day many years ago.

How lovely for your SIL to take you out for the day Judy. I remember the ForumFest trip to Hahndorf so well. The weather didn’t bother me as it was so much like the weather here in the UK 😂

Hahndorf is a lovely place. I love to go to Otto's Bakery when we are there for one of their Vanilla Slices and then go out to Beernberg.  I love going to Angaston too, to the dried fruit place.

Made sure DD and DS had packed everything  they needed for trip with DH to Melbourne for a few nights , to go to the tennis tomorrow . They are super excited working out who will be playing. I decided to have some well deserved break at home ... hair cut tomorrow afternoon, lots of reading and maybe a bit of cooking in the morning if it is not too hot . DH had to prepare the farm , all I can think is the wind is blowing very hard and I hope there is no fires while they are not here . All good .

It will be lovely for your DH to have a break K Atie and spend sometime with DS and DD. Also for you to have me time. I will keep my fingers crossed for no fires.
My DH and DD go walking every evening and not only is it good health wise but they solve the problems of the world. ( or think they do)
I walk on the treadmill, I can do that at anytime. 😄😄

Watched heaps of games 9am till 8.30 pm ! They had dinner there while watching the night game . Off early to meet them , school shoes runners etc . Dentist the next day .

I hope it comes back all clear Denise. I had my hair cut this morning and did a bit of shopping for DD.  She is on call Friday to Tuesday morning.

K Atie, I am exhausted just reading about your day.
Had a blood test today.  New GP is putting me through the hoops.
Been thinking about Judy in that heat.

I am tried now , hot drive home 42.5 oh dear . 30 at 10pm . DH was inside for the afternoon then back out this evening. DD’s school books arrived so mass unpacking and sorting . DS started to label his school things . We may have stopped at officeworks too . DD excited to see her Vis Com art book , she has been working hard on her homework too.
We made a pack to see more friends on these mad trips . DD May get her braces off in three months .

KAtie, you certainly have a busy life.

Yesterday I went for a physio assessment.  The physio is happy with my progress and gave me a couple more exercises to do.  I will go back in 2 weeks for a checkup.  I am walking without my crutches now although still taking it slowly.

Chookie, sending hugs to  Ral, I hope they get to the bottom of things quickly.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
