We had a coffee run this morning with one of our car clubs. The other coffee run is on Tuesday. We are so lucky to be able to do it.

Cookie, yes you are very lucky to be able to do your Coffee run. Enjoy it.

DS laughed yesterday when I can home with more parcels . Some things come the next day , like a pair of bathers for DS , now he does not need them till the end of the year !!
We are lamb marking today , it’s cold I’m tucked up in bed while DS DH help ! 6.30 am they were out there and DS has to go to my MILs for school today as we will have no power for the day . Think DS will sleep well tonight .

Supermarket chopping this morning.  Might go to Bunnings again later to buy some potting mix.
Ooooohhhh,... Bunnings ... now, that is exciting!  I will enjoy it vicariously from my desk!

I did my grocery shopping this morning and also popped up to the lovely Italian grocer. I always feel good after going there as I spend a fortune and it’s all West Australian grown.

Went for a small drive today.  We counted 15 cygnets around the lake.  Usually many more at this time of the year.  Nice to get out.

Last day of online home learning for DS . Feels strange that he will not be here I’ve got so use to him being around  .We spent the arvo relaxing just the two of us . Then DS decided to wash his sheep dog Pepper in the wheelbarrow!! So funny we used a bit of wool mix and added a couple of buckets of hot water . She was very good jumped out once but then stayed put while we laughed and filmed her. We sat outside in the sun , not to cold and she zoomed around shaking off the water and eating a chew bone .

K ATIE, nice activity to do with DS. You will miss him when he returns to school.
Ral is having to do the daily chook run. He reports their antics. I haven’t been to the veggie garden for over a week and am really missing it.

I’ve made some pizza scrolls and some seriously seedy crackers this morning. I went looking for information about the crackers as I wasn’t entirely happy with them, and found the original recipe in the forums here, with an extra step. Signed in to reply and here I am once again!

I’ve been working as a teacher for the last year and a half in a school near home and I love it. I’m just waiting to hear if I have an interview for an ongoing role there, which I would really love to get.

Boys off early to get ewes and lambs in for lamb marking tomorrow. DS used his new mini digger to dig a hole , he has spent two days Levelling pulling out posts and little trees at MILs .
I did a double batch of biscuits. DS finished packing and we returned him to boarding house , dropped clothes and biscuits to DD . Well that was just great I have two teens very happy to return to their other home and friends, but we were cramping their style by just sitting in the car , thanks Covid . All good had a Pims and dinner on my own ! DH sorting sheep . Bring on tomorrow lots of washing sheets etc and maybe have to help with the lambs .
