Does anyone find the fitbit sleep part accurate?  It said I woke up 22 times last night. I am a really restless sleeper but surely I don't wake 22 times.  I might get my hubby to wear it tonight as he serioulsy doesn't move all night.

When you are ready to go to sleep (ie. not reading etc) hold down the button for 2+ seconds and you will see the stopwatch start. When you wake up and are not going back to sleep, hold it down again so it stops timing that period. I think it works on the basis that when you wake you move. Sometimes you just roll over and you wake up briefly and then fall asleep immediately. Its probably not going to be 100% accurate, but it will give you an idea anyway. Certainly makes me feel better when I see that I have slept at 98% efficiency. One night I actually had 100%  :o

Weigh in day today. The scales went down again. I'm very pleased. BUT DD and I went out and had bubble tea and half a delicious bun each. At least it is a week until weigh in .

Well done Cookie, always good when the scales go down.

And Frozzie that's pretty good sleeping results. I think the first time I had the fitbit on I slept terribly and woke something like 18 times.

thats what I think also. when you are logged in have a look at the "Community" questions, as it helps to clarify a lot of queries. I really do think that its pretty accurate all things considered.

Thats what he said.. I must do smaller steps.. He wanted to put it on dd to get more steps lol.. She is tiny so probably does double the steps we do.. Im enjoying the fitbit and find where previously i might have asked someone to get something for me while they are up i just get it myself.. Also like the quirky little comments like you have climbed the tallest dinasour  :D :D
