Weigh in day for me too, down 700g this week after 2 weeks not loosing.
Decided to have a little treat after lunch, opened the biscuit barrel to find it empty. So no treat for me. They can wait to the weekend before I make them anymore.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Yes I stayed the same for 2 weeks, then only lost 200g 2 weeks in a row. But the first couple of weeks I lost over 2kg. Been flat out today framing so didn't get a lot of steps in + it's been raining most of the day so no walk either. Will get on exercise bike later to get my 10,000 steps in today.

The days I haven't got my 10,000 steps in has been the days I have been on my feet all day doing heaps but not moving far, like cooking all day. My kitchen just isn't big enough to get the steps up.
Yesterday was a horrible day out side so couldn't do my usual walk, had to spend 30 minutes on the exercise bike to get my 10,000 steps in for the day (and only just) 10,022 lol.

Sun shining today so we were able to walk to school, DS  (5) had a bike license so he was able to ride his scooter. We also had to walk a bit further to the shop to get some fruit for school. Hopefully the weather will hold off to walk back this afternoon.

Had a little sneak peak at weight today, and was surprised that my weight is stable but my BMI has dropped 10% since I started walking and monitoring. What does this mean exactly? Does that mean that I am losing fat around organs or I am building muscle? I don't quite get it. How can I not be losing weight but my BMI is dropping?

If you're using the fit it scales, it displays your body fat percentage, not your BMI. You're BMI is calculated on the web site. I think I read that the body fat percentage is calculated by sending little electrical pulses through your body as the electrical pulses react differently to fat than muscle. If this percentage is dropping it means your body fat is dropping! 10% is a pretty impressive loss - congratulations!

CP I had the same thing, your fat percentage is dropping and muscle has increased. My weight stayed the same for a few weeks but the fat percentage decreased. Because of all the extra walking you have been doing your increasing your muscle (muscle is heavier than fat) and muscle is more compact than fat as well, so if you have done measurements that should of decreased as well.
Don't be disheartened as its all good.

Weigh day today, have I been good?
Life has been pretty hectic lately so I haven't been able to get my usual long walks in, still been walking to school and back when the weather is fine. And I have still be eating well. So fingers crossed for a good result.

Ok results are in, down another 200g, that's 600g in 3 weeks. But I figure I would rather lose 200g a week than gain 200g a week. :D

That's great Mandi a loss is a loss,
Weigh in for me today, think I have had a loss, no exercising at all for me this last week. Have had the flu, still have a terrible cough and not 100% yet.

Well done Dede and good luck Jeniwa. I'm still trying to get over the flu so it's really hard to fit some exericse on top of the normal day to day activities, work and kids as well as struggling with the after effects of the flu.
