I have an attic ladder but I don't think that's a good idea.
I do have an exercise bike, a stepper and a add roller thing. Just got to blow off the dust :D

Has anyone else ever wondered why cake and chocolate had to be the unhealthy foods? :-))

It's disappointing when you work so hard without the rewards at the end. But 100g loss is better that a gain.
Hopefully next week will be better for you :)

all losses add up  - it takes more than one week to make positive changes keep going - dont give up !!  :)

i have been tracking EVERYTHING that i have put in mouth the last few days with the WW app.
it certainly makes you think first and lea towrads better food choices.

i would love to join in, I have quite a bit of weight to loose, since Feb this year I have lost 9kg fallen of the wagon a few time, but dusted my self off and got back on, I joined curves a few months ago and that is helping, getting me moving more.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Well done jeninwa. The most important thing is to get going again after falling off the wagon.

I think I had better join in this too. With Dd on holidays we keep going out for coffee and cake. I could resist but I don't. Since I lost 30kg several years ago I have put about 6kg back on. I just need that boost to do it. I will join in dede and try not to be naughty. It would be good to lose some of it before I put it back on over the retreat weekend.
