Amy are you allowed to say who the ex Saint's player is?

Have had a great (if tiring) couple of days away, but it's so nice to be home.  There's nothing like your own shower and bed.  ;D

Happy today because the sun is shining!  :D
Also happy as we are going out for dinner to BIL's place
and happy cuz DH and I went out last night child free
and cuz both our mums get along well with each other - which is apparently rare.

Lucky, lucky you astarra.  Yes it can be quite rare - the two Mums are often so totally different but throw a couple of grand-children in there amongst them and they are in seventh heaven.

Yes, I realise I am lucky, thanx JD!  :) It is surprising they get on at all as it would be hard to find 2 more different women! The only things they really have in common are our kids ...and...they both have Thermomixes!!  :D

Now that really gives them something to talk about astarra - 2 TMX Mums is a great asset in any family.  Just think of all the food the 3 of you could produce for a family get together  ;)

When I first met my brother's new partner we chatted for a while and then I found out he had a TMX. The chatter was much friendlier after that. :D
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Good ice breaker.

I'm very happy. I purchased my thermomix on interest free last December. I didn't want to part with $2000 all at once, which is pretty silly as I paid an establishment fee of $70 and $4.95 a month in account keeping fees. I use my slush fund to make the payments as DH wasn't quite on board with it and I didn't want to take the money out of our joint account. Yesterday he paid the balance out.
He said he can see how much I enjoy it, use it regularly and he is loving the meals. He has been to two classes as well.
