Today DH made me  crumpets with grilled cheese and tomato. yummy

I always think of crumpets as something you have sweet. Like with honey. Though I do like mine just with butter on the rare occasion that I eat them.

DH and I went to Eurobar for breaky today in Hamilton - I had 1/2 serve of open melt and DH had Spanish breakfast.
It was delicious. Eurobar is very popular in Newy.
