Lucky you Obbie. I buy beautiful  free range eggs but they cost me $6 a box. I use a lot of eggs :)

I bought smaller free range egss from the markets for $3, they were shocking compared to our aussie farmer ones.

Bacon and eggs with homemade toasted wholemeal bread and the tiniest amount of scorpion strike

I am a bit of a chilli wimp. If you use a tiny amount though the flavour is amazing and the heat gives you a bit of a high :)

Thanks for the link consumerate. I love chilli.

Also check out Disaster Bay Chillies. They have some great stuff. We have successfully grown Naga Jolokia chillies from the chilli factory and have some Trinidad scorpion seeds to try. The nagas were hot but not as scary as I thought they would be. I suspect that they don't get quite as hot in the cold Canberra climate (although I really don't know because I'm not very knowledgable about such things). The plants didn't go gangbusters. Hoping they will go better this year as we kept them alive inside under a grow lamp for winter.
