CADA. First time. It's very sweet - only used two dried dates and Granny Smith apple - coconut was unsweetened. Whole lot is worth over 500 calories - only eating half!

PT, thats why I don't have CADA... very kilojoule-dense, contains saturated fat from the coconut, and has no low-GI carbohydrates ;)

This morning I had porridge :)

Saturated fat from the coconut is not really an issue due to the high lauric acid and medium chain fatty acids IMO. It's not as evil as was believed in the past. I will make a revised version in a few days - less coconut (for taste and to reduce the calories), some oats and some flaxseeds. My usual breakfast is either bacon and eggs or oat bran with some protein powder, cacao and coconut oil.

Untoasted muesli, plain yogurt and skim milk. Have this every day during the week, I work full time so this is a quick no-brainier breakfast which keeps me going until lunchtime.

I had a banana, cacoa and coffee smoothie. I started with 50gms of untoasted muesli which I left soaking in the milk for a bit then added the rest of the ingredients and blitzed it all up.  It was very good.
