Quirky Jo's Christmas Breakfast casserole is fantastic. It is easy and very tasty.
I think you could eat it at any time of the day for any meal.
This is a definite family favourite

Boiled eggs with left over bread from yesterday.  First time cooking  eggs in the TM. First attempt was under cooked,  second attempt over cooked,  third attempt perfect :)
