Yes Chelsea, similar to mine but different  ;D  If you like mine, you will love this.

Now that I can see it works as a pie, I think I'll do it like that myself next time instead of as a slice.  Uni, did you have to cook it longer, it obviously cut quite OK without falling to bits?

Well it was delicious!
I did cook it for about 10 minutes extra and in my oven it probably could have done with a few more minutes, but it was a lot later than we normally eat dinner and we couldn't wait any longer  :)

My DH had an appointment after work and was home late, so this was the perfect meal for me to prepare quickly and easily and have in the oven ready for when he got home.  I just served it with a small salad.

I'll definitely make it again.
Thanks JD & Nan  :)

Glad to see you are all loving this one. MJ, I hope you are passing this info onto your sister Judy - I posted something on there myself when I did it.

This went down well today.  I think some corn kernels would be lovely in this, add a nice sweetness.  Thanks Judy.

This was an absolute winner tonight. Yummo!!! The only tweak was that I cooked it for a bit longer.  :)

Oh! Why have I only just seen this post!!

Thank you so much JD, my sister will be thrilled. I'll let her know that it's on the forum and converted to TMX. She's holidaying in Finland at the moment, so hasn't updated her blog for sometime.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
