She certainly is Judy.Three meals a day with snacks in-between and she is only 47kg.

She's not very tall only 5ft 3 ins but looks very very skinny at the moment. She says it the lowest weight she has ever been, size 8 clothes swamp her.I'll keep feeding her like a good Mother

I made this for mum and SD tonight, it was really easy and smelled great!
I think I could have cooked it for a bit longer but it didn't matter because mum said the flavour was still really yummy! And I know she really liked it because she told me three time how nice it was

Made this for dinner, and DH declared it was the nicest tuna dish he has ever eaten.
Thanks for an easy and tasty recipe!

Amy, it does seem to stay soft and not set like a quiche. Sooo tasty though, glad DH liked it too Karen.

Made this again today, it goes much better when you remember to add the tuna
. One day I will learn to read the recipe properly. Thanks Judy for a lovely recipe.

Actually Judy, it was really easy. DH got the tin of tuna for me. I made the sauce and talking away to him and DS added everything else and did not notice the tuna was missing until I tipped the sauce over the rice. I could not put it back in the jug so flaked the tuna and sprinkled it over the sauce then mixed it into the sauce lightly with a fork. Topped with the cheese it was wonderful. A very forgiving recipe. DH reckons it is the best tuna slice he has had.
Will be making it again and will do it right next time with out the audience.
